Please yes I do require a merge as Rank Math is actually not working because it should have been bought under t****@f******************. And at the moment it shows no AI credits to which I should have just under 200 credits.

We have merged your accounts as requested. Please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.


After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

Ok so I have reconnected and still no credits are showing up re AI. Therefore, something has not been done correctly, please check again, I only want correspondance emails to t****@f***************
but the actual website: firmincigars.com.au.
I have been busy updating over 1000 product SEO and still going so I would like to see where I stand once your end has been fixed.
Is there a reason why this is so difficult? Not sure how long this problem has been ongoing but since I first joined up. Not sure if I will subscribe again as the set up has been on going.

Yes hello, I am now writing once again as my AI credits went from 198 to now 122 since change over, I am not happy with Rank Math and as such I would now ask for a complete refund.
I am trying to run a business and do not have days and months to follow up everything you do, because its not done correctly.
I can’t understand why you let your customers down like this, Rank Math I think is the plugin with the most problems and lack of understanding of your customer needs.
I will clearly be writing a reveiw too. Await your reply.
