    hello! I’ve got RankMath on multiple sites (or I did until this error came up). WordPress sent me this automated email on ALL of the sites.

    Here’s the email from one of them pasted in the sensitive data section.

    The front end of my sites is functional; however, I could not get into the backend at all. I had to delete RankMath entirely from my CPanel file manager. I otherwise like your product, but if it’s not functional then that’s a bit of a problem. I’d love to get it back working, as it’s been my favorite SEO plugin to date.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    We logged in to your website and noticed that the Rank Math plugin is active and working correctly on the website.

    Usually, the E_ERROR is caused by corrupt plugin files and simply reinstalling the plugin fixes the issue.

    In case this happens consistently after an update or when you make a particular change do let us know and we’ll debug the situation further.
