Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please share the affected URL so we can check as well?
Meanwhile, you can set up a redirection to that URL since it’s already deleted:

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi and thank you the original link is http://www.sweetnsassyhair.com/terms-of-service .
If you go to the footer on my website and click on terms of service which shows this link when you hover over it and click on it, this link (https://www.sweetnsassyhair.com/affiliate-terms-and-conditions) is what it changes to and it’s a 404 page left over from an old theme. I have deleted the terms of service and affiliate terms and conditions, created a new terms of service and it’s still meshed with the 404 page. Even if you go to pages in wordpress and go to Terms of Service in Pages then View … it still pulls up the 404 affiliate terms of service page.
Thank you

Hello,
I’ve checked the page, and it seems that it is getting redirected by Rank Math.
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We have tried logging in to your hosting account, but it is protected with 2 Factor Authentication. Could you please check?
Alternatively, you can create an admin user to your site so we can log in directly to it instead.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Sorry about that. Sure, what email do I use for you, it requires me to put a user email.
Hello,
Please use this email address s******@r***********
to create a temporary user for us to further debug the issue.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
the 2FA status for login verification is inactive for your profile.
Hello,
You have a series of redirection rule that leads to the deleted page as you can see in my screenshot below:

I went ahead and deleted the first redirection rule. The page is now loading correctly.
Kindly check from your end.
Looking forward to helping you.
Sorry for taking so long. Awesome, thank you so much. It’s working fine.
Take care
