because it’s from an old theme and when I create a new Terms of service page it’s attaching to the affiliate terms of service page and I have deleted that in the page section but it’s attached no mattr what to me creating a new terms of service page. I don’t need the affiliate terms of service 404 page I want it permanently deleted.

You have a series of redirection rule that leads to the deleted page as you can see in my screenshot below:
I went ahead and deleted the first redirection rule. The page is now loading correctly.
