I had the same issue and I uninstalled the plugin for 2 hours. Reinstalled and activated and everything was solved. I think it was a kind of glitch. You should do the same brohter.

Are you using the Easy Table of Contents plugin? There was an issue in their previous update that was causing the conflicts on the sites. They released an update with a fix. Please update the plugin and check again.
