    I want to love it.. just more overkill than I really need… just too many options. I would rather just include it in the markup than use all the setting. I tried it. Just not for me. Please refund and I will gladly promote for most WordPress users(that do not know how to properly markup the site) Thanks 🙂

    We regret to see you go.

    If you are overwhelmed with our UI or the options listed in our plugin, you can make use of “Easy Mode” which hides all advanced options and you can use the plugin with ease.

    To enable this, you can head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard and enable the “Easy Mode” on the top right corner:

    You may give it a try.

    However, if you wish to proceed with your refund request, we will forward this ticket to our accounting department. Please let us know.

    Yeah.. It’s not that it is difficult… it is that my approach is simple. I want less, less bloat, less settings, etc… A few years ago I would of stayed with this for sure… Now, I am just going to markup the site by hand. Like I said I will leave good reviews. Most people I meet need something like this and I gladly recommend Rank Math over all the competitors and I have tried them all. Please proceed with the refund. Thank you 🙂

    Hello,

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.

    Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go.

    We would much appreciate any feedback you have to offer.
