    We checked and the purchased credits are already added to your account. However, no website is connected to the account.

    In order to use the credits, the website must be connected to the same Rank Math account.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account (with the email address in the sensitive data section of this ticket) and see if that updates the credits on the website.​

    Please let us know how that goes.

    buongiorno,
    abbiamo verificato le divergenze sui siti palazzo impianti e tecnodigital academy e abbiamo separato i 2 account. ora risulta corretto l’accont per tecnodigital academy solo che i crediti visibili dall’interno del plugin sono meno ( 22) di quelli indicati nell’account che indica 35/55, come mai? grazie per cio che risolverete saluti roberto

    We checked and the credits shown in your account are 33/55, which means that out of 55 credits, 33 are used.

    So, calculating the difference will result in 22:
