Analytics Setup

    Hello,

I am having trouble saving my analytics profile in Rank Math. I’ve tried the troubleshooting techniques of disabling plugins, looking at site health, but I can’t get either Universal Analytics or GA4 settings to save in Rank Math. In addition, when selecting my GA4 profile, the rest of the settings don’t show.

My website uses Pantheon and Advanced caching, which I did disable and retest, but to no avail.

What else can I try to get this to work?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Could you confirm if you’re using Firefox or Safari by any chance?

If yes, please try saving the settings in Google Chrome and see if that helps. If not, try saving the settings in Incognito mode of Chrome.

Please let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

Hi there, thank you for the reply.

I am confirming now that I have seen the issue reproduced in both Safari (Private Mode) and Chrome Incognito Mode Version 100.0.4896.127 (Official Build) (x86_64).

The analytics settings pulls in my accounts, I can select the property and view and the plugin says settings were saved, but then the dropdown menus are still blank.

If you have more ideas for troubleshooting, please let me know. I am attempting to move our University FROM Yoast to Rank Math and we do plan to upgrade to pro if we can get it working.

    Thank you again,
    Bryan

    Hello,

Can you please clear the website cache and try to save the settings again in Chrome?

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings.

Please let us know the Account, Property, View to select from the dropdown.

Then, edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
