After switching to rank math, my Page speed is even slower than before. I have sent the screenshot result of GTmetrix before and after installation.

I can check that Rank Math is currently active on your site. I ran the analysis with GTmetrix and the performance score is back to 75%, as it was before installing Rank Math:
The drop in performance must have been a temporary issue with the server and your site is working fine now.
