Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear your website cache and resubmit the sitemap in the Search Console.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

I followed the steps and it fixed my issue.
Though I had no caching plugin.
SO I only changed the max url in sitemap to 201 per page as stated in screenshot you sent me.
Thank you very much.
I have now submitted it to google search console again.
