Question about cloudflare and sitemap

Hello. Thank you for your very professional support. I have two questions and I would be grateful if you could answer them

One of my clients is going to buy the RANK MATH PRO. He has a news site and publishes a lot of news. It intends to use the news site map after purchasing the pro version. Q: after activating news sitemap module, will the news that is published after that go to the newmap or will all the old news go to the sitemap? i meen if the site has 5000 news articles ( with article/news schema ), will all the news be transferred to news/sitemap after the newsmap is activated or only new news be added to the new/sitemap?

and other Q: in the sample picture, my client set a page rule inside Cloudflare account and add the following code snippet.
