No indication of Pro anywhere yet the successful payment for Pro is in my invoices and on my web bank account ledger. I’ve been charged and am not getting PRO. I’ve watched the installation video and NO Pro is activating.
For whatever reason the API connection was delayed. The indication of my Pro status is now showing and I’ve downloaded the plugin. Of note, why don’t you just literally say that “If you’ve already installed the free version then install the pro version over that and things will go from there. You don’t explicitly say this in your installation video, it is implied and not clear.
Also, do I keep both Rankmath SEO and Rankmath Pro plugin installed??? Do I delete the free version after installing the pro version? Please redo the installation video, you need to make sure these things are clear and please answer my questions. I don’t know what to do at this point after installing the pro. Do I delete the free or keep the free installed?

Yes, the Rank Math PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. You will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.
