    Hi

    Just bought credits with you.

    I have a number of sites. How can I use the credits I’ve just bought? Your documents say I can allocate those by site, but maybe because I don’t have a business account I can’t see how I can do that.

    Can you help please?

    You can use the purchased credits across all the connected websites, please ensure that the sites are connected to your Rank Math account.

    The option to assign a credit limit is only available in the Business and Agency License.

    Hi

    The problem is my site marketingdigitallisboa.com is associated with my account, and the credits are not there. This is the website where I need them.

    I have seen they are now available on another site. dedalmania.pt.

    How can I use them across sites? I went to the general settings and clicked the refresh button of the content ai tag several times, and did the same at the post and page level. Nothing worked.

    I tried to upload some screenshots, but couldn’t do it.

    Your help will be appreciated.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that updates the credits on the website.​
