    Dear support team,

    we did a relaunch with our corporate website and the agency helping me with it installed RankMath Pro. So far so good. Nice tool.
    I wanted to use the content AI feature and bought 50 credits, however, they do not show up anywhere.
    In my rankmath-account the website is not connected and I don’t know how to connect it.

    Can you help with this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
    disconnect account
    connect account

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
