    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    You can check the content AI credits here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    If the credits are not updated on your website, please go to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh

    Can you please confirm if you tried reconnecting your Rank Math account to the plugin as instructed by my colleague?

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
