Hello,
We were able to log in to your website.
I tried to check the issue, but all the plugins are currently disabled on your website.
Can you please enable the required plugins and report back so we can check further?
Also, Instant Indexing is now returning a 500 error. 5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues.
Can you please share the website error log with us?
Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.
You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.
Looking forward to helping you.

Hello,
We are really sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused.
To check what is causing the 500 error, we need to check the PHP error log.
You can follow the steps illustrated here and see if that fixes the 403 error:

Please share the WordPress login details again with admin rights and also add the FTP login details in the sensitive data section.
