billing wrong card charged!

    Hi you charged an old card from my ex business partner who is playing merry hell about this. I tried to remove this card a few weeks ago but it would not let me, I need to change my subscription to monthly in my details – can i have that transaction refunded please to his card? Its causing me some severe issues and i did not realize that the subscription would aromatically renew!

    It seems like the subscription was purchased/renewed on the account with some other email address.
