You will not lose any existing settings, the settings are saved in the database.
Once you have purchased the PRO license, you can disconnect the websites from your Rank Math Fre. account and connect them with your PRO account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help

Every website has separate google analytics, adsense, goolge search console .. etc.
Is it possible to combine all of them in one RankMath account?
