    Hi,
    I love the plugin but I’m having some problems.

    First I cannot modify the title, keywords, etc. on the product pages since pressing the dropdown does not show the RankMath options.

    Then on normal pages the following error appears:

    I did a test with the Troubleshooting deactivating all the plugins / themes but when I only activate RankMath the same problem continues and I cannot modify anything.

    How can I solve it?

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hello,

    I can’t seem to replicate the issue. I tried editing the title, the keyword, and the description and I was able to save it. Also, if you are referring to the list of variables dropdown, I tried clicking on the arrow button and the dropdown is also working.

    Does this issue only happen with specific pages/products? If so, please share the URL so we can further check it from our end.

    Hello,

    I checked again and the error was still there but I tried to enter from Chrome (I was using Firefox) and everything was correct.

    Why might Firefox not work properly?

    Hello,

    I tried saving it in Firefox and it is also working on my end. Please refer to my video screencast in the sensitive data section.

    Can you please check if you have any browser extension that might obstruct our plugin when saving the meta data?

    If the issue persists, can you please record a screencast replicating the issue from your end so we can replicate it further on our end? You may try to record your screen using this handy tool https://loom.com/
