The issue is related around switching off Gutenberg and using the old-style editor.
For the switch, I used Disable Gutenberg plugin.
Once back into Disable Gutenberg style editor AI is available by adding a keyword again to activate.
If this option is enabled and then disabled so I can use the old-style editor Rank Math AI option disappears from the right-hand section of the old page edit style page.
So this could be a bug within Rank Math but I am not sure.
Your thoughts, please??

OK, I need to fix this as I can not work with the New Editor Style please if someone can help me.
There is an issue when you use the new editor and disable it then go to edit a page or add a page. When you do this the Rank Math AI SEO Box on the right side of the page is not visible. There is no issue with posts. This issue is around pages.

Hello everyone. I found a fix.
OK as I was setting up a new user type and new user for Rank Math staff to log in to my WordPress site using this plugin https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ I could not log in to my WordPress site as I tested this login.
I called the new user Tester but you can call it something else with rules to edit pages, posts, Rankmath files, update plugins, and so on just in case you need to do the same.
So I edited this user profile and also assigned the 2nd role of Editor to this user. Something you can only do with the plugin installed. As I logged in I had access to the WordPress site and I was amazed as I went to edit a page the Rank Math Ai panel for pages was now visible on the right side using the old-style editor.
I then proceeded to add an additional role to my Administrator role which was Editor, logged in and no issues it worked like a charm.
The Rank Math plugin was working fine initially. I had the disabled gunterberg plugin installed as I was using the old-style page editor and it’s when I installed RankMath. When I deactivated this plugin to use Gutenberg and test this new style of page editing and reactivated the plugin so I can edit the page in the old style without Gutenberg this is how my issues started that I have mentioned here.
Not sure if there is a bug related to this but it might be something that may need to be looked at.
I did disable the user role editor plugin and everything still works fine just in case you have the same issue and want to remove the plugin.
