I was able to replicate the issue on your site. The issue persists even when only Rank Math, WooCommerce, and a default theme are active. I can check that you are using a very old version of WooCommerce:
You are using 4.9.0 while the latest version is 6.4.1. Please update to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue.

Thank you for your answer but unless I am mistaken, this is false: once only RANK MATH is disabled, the problem no longer exists.
So you will have to explain to me why it was possible for me to create new products and modify existing ones?
The previous version of your program worked without problems with our version of Woocommerce…
We do not wish to update woocommerce for the moment because we have modified the code of this software quite a bit… and we do not wish to lose this information!

Our plugin is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce and you can confirm that by creating a staging site and updating WooCommerce there. If the issue persists on the latest version of WooCommerce then we can check further if there is any function in our plugin that is causing the issue, which is highly unlikely as it is working fine on our end and no other user has reported this issue.
If the issue resolves after updating WooCommerce on your staging site then you will either have to update it on the live site or rollback to the previous version of Rank Math that was working fine. https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#native-rollback
