Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
From the sounds of things, it looks like you followed the right steps, would you mind running the steps again and creating a new property but this time make use of a different verification method eg using the DNS verification method and see how this works out for you?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Thank you for the quick reply.
I will de-authorize the account and redo this again.
Is there a documentation to follow for the DNS verification method?

Hi AQ,
Thanks for the question.
Please refer to the Google webmasters documentation on this page.
Let me know if you need additional assistance.
Heya Michael
Thank you for the quick assistance.
I have been able to verify my domain with google again. This time I used the DNS verification method with my hoster. The verification worked and it was able to connect with RankMath. My website showed up in the Search Console Profile. I have now to wait for the next cronjob so RankMath would gather the info.
To those who might read this forum post later and face the same issue: if the DNS says it failed and you followed all the steps correctly, try to go back and enter the website again for verification. Sometimes the floating window jams and it keeps showing that it didnt verificate it. Make sure to also receive an email from Google.
Thank you.
AQ
