He probado a cambiar de plugin a yoast y me aparece todo correctamente.
Igualmente si conseguimos buscar una solución, prefiero usar vuestro plugin.

I’ve checked those pages, and Rank Math’s robots are already set to index. However, there is a duplicate robots meta tags that is outputting the noindex in your page’s source code.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using which generates the duplicate meta tag.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Muchas gracias por el consejo, pero ya lo hice anteriormente y he comprobado de nuevo, aun teniendo todo desactivado me aparece esta primera etiqueta noindex en el head.
El caso es que observo que esta duplicada en toda la web,pero solo en las categorías de las entradas aparece como no index.
Llevo un par de días investigado, pero no encuentro de donde proviene.

Parece ser que lo he solucionado, era cosa del theme agregue en el functions.php
