    Hey guys,
    I believe the free accounts should include 5 content AI credits, but I never received any. My available credits have always been zero. I’d like to try out the content ai feature so that I may decide if I want to purchase additional credits. Would it be possible to credit my account? Thanks so much!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for the unexpected delays and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
    disconnect account
    connect account

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
