For the sitemap, can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Your robots.txt is loading fine, however, we would recommend you use the default rules for the robots.txt file.
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Sitemap: yoursite.com/sitemap_index.xml
You can edit robots.txt with Rank Math by following this guide:
