URL is included in sitemap but it is not updating in search console.

In this case, it is likely that Google hasn’t seen the updated sitemap yet.
Please give Google some time to recrawl your sitemap and it should be updated there.
If the issue persists, ensure to exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

The sitemap is already excluded from caching plugin.

In your Google Search Console, please head over to your Sitemaps and check the “Last read” date. Please check my screenshot for reference:
If the date is from before the updated sitemap, then you just have to wait for Google to re-crawl the sitemap.

Yes, you need to wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.
Rank Math automatically notifies the Search Engines when the sitemap is updated, please ensure that the Ping Search Engines option is enabled.
