    Hello,

    I had a discussion with WordPress’ team around my bugs on the website for the last month and there is the response I’ve got:

    “Yes, it is correct. There’s a Jetpack connection issue in your site. It could be because your site crashed last 23rd March due to the fatal error generated by your plugin seo-by-rank-math.”

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Are you able to locate the error log generated on that certain date? The error log should help us further determine what’s causing the fatal error.

    You may contact your hosting provider to help you locate the error logs.
