From your screenshot, it seems that you have missed the underscore _ part for your sitemap index. Please remove all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml.

I tried https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/ and https://rankmath.com/kb/url-not-in-sitemap/ but sitemap not updating. the underscore was still there when I submitted the sitemap before

Please follow the below steps and see if the sitemap updates:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml.
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the sitemap updates.
Also, please share the URL of the page that is missing from the sitemaps so that we can have a closer look.

1 and 2 and 3 i tried but sitemap on google search console not update.
the google search console should show a list of sitemap but it doesn’t. currently i am using nginx server.

Sitemap not updating in Google Search Console is ideally not an issue as it is possible that Google is crawling and indexing the posts through other means like the internal links on your website and not through the sitemap, and as a result, the crawl budget for your website is exhausted and Google is not able to discover the URLs through your sitemap.
However, I checked Google’s last cached version of the website and it seems like the website was last crawled on March 19, 2022. You can have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.
We suggest you clear the website’s cache and wait for Google to crawl the website again and see if more posts/pages get indexed.
Also, please check the Coverage Section in your Google Search Console account to see if any errors are listed there.
