    Hi Matt,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

You can fix that issue by enabling the Schema for that post type.

Also, it is worth noting that Rank Math comes built-in with FAQ Schema so you might want to consider using that instead of using yet another plugin:

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Matt,

It is turned on if your Schema/Rich Snippets Module is enabled.

It has to be enabled from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.

Then, follow the above link to see how to add an FAQ Schema block to your posts/pages.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Cheers I think there is a conflict betwwen the BWL Woo FAQ and Rank Math plugins

from RM side all seems fine on all posts / products etc apart from the BWL Woo FAQ (Posts) RM is there but its unclickablble per FAQ comment post.

Will pass over to our IT.

    Cheers
