Google shows the URL of the post/category automatically, we cannot control the URLs that are displayed on the search results for a keyword.
Also, Google is showing the URL of the post on the search results, if the post is ranking, it will show the URL of the category if the category ranks on Google.

Please note that even Rank Math generates the correct breadcrumb schema structure, it will still be Google’s decision which structure of breadcrumbs to be displayed on the SERP.
With that said, please share the affected URL here so we can take a closer look.

Please make sure that you have enabled the Breadcrumbs in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs. If it is enabled then our plugin adds the Breadcrumbs Schema to your whole site. You should also make sure that the breadcrumbs are visible on the pages: https://rankmath.com/kb/breadcrumbs/
Once done, it is completely up to Google if they decide to show the breadcrumbs in the SERPs or not.
