    Hello,

I have a problem with rankmath analytics display. All of the sudden all my results dropped to 0, as seen on the picture below. I fixed this problem a few weeks ago by deleting data and uploading it manually but now it happened again. Can you maybe help me fix that?

Also I have one another question. My client changed his permalink structure for products and now almost all of the internal links counts dropped to 0? Any way to fix that?

    Thank you for your help!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configuring the Search Console and Analytics settings:
    reconnect

After doing so, please repeat the process of deleting the data and manually fetching it.

As for the internal link count issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

It seems you forgot to provide your website’s admin URL in the Sensitive Data section. Kindly provide your website admin URL so we can access it using the login information you already provided.

    Hello,

Thank you for providing the login URL, I tried accessing your admin dashboard but I was greeted with a 403 error.

If you are using a geo-blocking, please temporarily unblock the country Portugal, India and the Philippines.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. I unblocked geo-blocking for the countries you asked me for. Just let me know if you need anything else.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I am still seeing the 403 page and I can’t access the admin dashboard. Please refer to my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section for reference.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I am sorry this took so long. They said that now you should have access. Please let me know, if you need anything.

    Hava a nice day.

    Hello,

I was able to access your website dashboard. Thank you.

I checked your analytics dashboard and it seems the data isn’t dropping to zeros anymore as you can see in my screenshot here:

Can you please check again from your end?

As for the internal links count issue. Can you please share the affected URL?

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

For analytics: it works now because I deleted the date and reloaded it again. But it crushes like every week or so and I just want to know if there is any way to fix that for a longer time?

For internal links problem: When I go to pages overview I saw that some pages have some internal links, but when I go to the editor and just update the site, those links drop to 1 or 0. Any way that I can fix that?

https://ibb.co/4mfptRV this is the example, it has 25 internal links before updating it.

    Thank your for your time

    Hello,

Due to the nature of the auth tokens and their expiration dates sometimes people need to reconnect the account to Google Services because the auth token coming from Google has expired.

Because of that, you need to reconnect the Google Services on this website to regenerate the token and be able to fetch the data correctly again.

At the moment it seems that there’s a limit imposed by the Analytics API tokens that prevent lifetime tokens to be generated and we would need to engineer a solution to trigger an update automatically.

As for the internal links, the count for it was reset when you changed the permalink structure and since the update of those values relies on JavaScript you need to open the page in your favorite page builder and hit the update button once to update the results.

Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
