I think you misunderstood my issue. The discourage search engines from indexing box gets a tick every two weeks or so and I have t check it daily to ensure that it not turned on by?
I also have an issue with that webmaster tools keeps loosing the verification HTML code or ID for Google and Bing which seems to be connected to the issue above.

I am considering upgrading to your paid service but I cant move on until the above issues have been resolved.

Rank Math does not have a feature to enable/disable that option.
If you’re building your site and get it to maintenance/under construction mode, it is possible that the plugin you’re using automatically enables that option.
However, to investigate if Rank Math is capable of this issue, you can disable the Rank Math plugin temporarily and monitor your site if it’s still getting enabled after a few days.

It is possible that your website settings are frequently reverted to a previous state and that includes Rank Math’s settings. This may be related to your database setup.
Can you please check this one with your hosting provider and assess your WordPress setup? See if they may be able to find the root cause of this issue.
If that doesn’t help, allow us to inspect your website over your admin dashboard. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
