    Hello, According to GoDaddy’s representative your plug-in is causing a critical error for wordpress

    Hi Jeremy, Where I find the server error logs?

    Any updates on this? I am still waiting for a reply to the question above as I want to ensure to upload the correct information you need to investigate it.

    Secondly, I really don’t see the point of your Facebook group as I tried to post an FYI was told to contact support, “FYI – just experience compatibilities issues with the plugin. Already sent in a support ticket but I wanted to give you heads up on the issue” But it declined to contact you. Its been almost 12 hours since I reported the issue with you.

    Its 100% Rank Math doesn’t care about its customers as we just a number. As right now, I will not renewing my subscription or recommending my clients to purchase your plugin if this a way to treat customers.

    https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.

    Having an error log will help us determine what is causing the critical error on your website.

    All that I see are we are going around in circles here and I don’t appreciate it. I have no clue where these files are located as I spent more than enough time with the web hosting company yesterday restoring my site.

    AT this point, since the site is restored and Rank Math inactive however I am not being able to use something I paid for.
