Hello,
How are you today? Please can I ask your view on an issue? It also has to do with ranking and related keywords. Do help.
I was initially thinking of starting a football blog where I post news related to major football clubs, their matches, players, etc.
However, I also wanted to add their league tables, upcoming matches etc. similar to what http://www.soccer24.com is doing.
This is the template that I will be using for the football news posting website https://wp.quomodosoft.com/newsprk/
What I will like you to advise me is this:
Do you think I should have a separate football news blog website and a separate website for the football results and upcoming matches etc. which will show all the features listed in this plugin here https://www.anwp.pro/football-leagues-premium/.
I also intend to link to the https://www.api-football.com/ API to import matches, etc. from there.
My problem is that if I do two separate websites, then it will be more difficult to be driving traffic to the two websites (the blog website and the football website).
But if I put both the blog and the important matches, tables, etc. then I can drive traffic to just one website and then benefit from those who come for the blog will see the matches and those who came for the matches can also see the blog.
But I don’t know if having the two aspects will make the website look too busy or will make one group not to like the website like those who came for the blog seeing the leagues, matches, tables, etc. may not be pleased. But the audience for both sections are the same (both audiences are football lovers/enthusiasts.
I noticed that https://www.soccer24.com/ has a lot of traffic and they don’t do news blogging.
Thanks and do kindly advise if you think it will be better to have two separate websites or if I can successfully run everything on one website.
