Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Re-create Table” to re-create database tables that might be missing.
If that doesn’t help, please create a new backup of your entire site and re-install Rank Math plugin.
Note that re-installing the plugin will not remove all your settings data.

unfortunately it did not let me log in anymore, the user tables were also missing, therefore impossible to log in, I had to restore the site to an earlier date. Now the fear is that this can happen again

Apologies for the inconvenience.
Upon checking your error log, it seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.
For initial troubleshooting, please follow these steps to fix the issue:

You can follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process and try installing again.

hello thank you very much, I have done the cleaning procedure you indicated to me. Unfortunately the problem was caused yesterday, and I had to restore the whole site to a previous date, losing all the orders of the day. The problem is, I don’t want that to happen again in the days to come. To avoid this problem, do you have any plugins to recommend that can clean up the database from obsolete old installations? a thousand thanks
I have this issue as well. The whole site is down including the Admin Dashboard, so I can’t actually get in to run the fix. What do I need to do to fix the issue?
