    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with the Rankmath plugin using Divi. Everything is updated to the latest versions.
    When I do a google search on my business name (I use incognito mode so there is no cache) it will show up one time in a line format like this:

    About Us
    Explore Services
    Contact Us
    Restrooms
    Trailers
    Dumpsters

    I close the browser and reopen it again in incognito mode and it will then show in 2 sections like this:

    About Us—Restrooms
    Explore Services—Trailers
    Contact Us—Dumpsters

    Why does this randomly change? I also took screenshots of this so you can see it if you would like.

    Also, I have pages set to different schemas, About Us is set to “Service”, Services is set to “Article”, Contact Us is set to “Article”, and the other pages Restrooms/Trailers/Dumpsters are all set as ” Product”.

    My company is a Rental company, so I have no products to purchase on the website, instead each page is just informative as to what the rental items are.

    So 2 questions on this-
    1. Do I have the Schema categories set correctly for the type of pages these are?
    2. I notice on the pages that I have set the Schema to “Product” that at the bottom of each page there is product info from the schema put on the page that is visible. While in Divi, I am unable to delete the info, it just sits at the bottom of the page under the footer.

    I would guess I need to change the “product” schema pages over to “service” to fix this?

    Hello,

    Even if you have the correct meta description and title set up exactly how you want is entirely up to the Google algorithm to decide whether it will show that or not depending on the search term and location.

    Also, recently Google changed the way it outputs the titles on SERPs and you can read more about it here: https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2021/08/update-to-generating-page-titles

    Regarding your questions:

    1. As mentioned before this is not an issue with the Schema but rather the way the Google algorithm decides to show those pages on SERPs based on the search query.

    2. This seems like the review location is set at the bottom of the page on your Product Schema. You can remove that by adding the following filter to your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#disable-review-display
