    Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    I checked the source of the affected URL and found that the og image (social image) that you’ve added is of dimensions 2000px X 1125px whereas the recommended dimensions are 1200px X 630px.

    Facebook is unable to detect the image and is showing an error on the Debugger:

    Also, the page is returning a 206 (Partial Content) status to Facebook. Please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the page returns a 200 (OK) status.

    Please set the image of the recommended dimensions and of the format JPEG or PNG or GIF. Once done, clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.
