Hello Rankmath Team,

I am writing this Email Regarding facing issue on Our websites,

We are using Free Rankmath SEO plugging in our websites, we are facing several issues,

– Google didn’t read our post sitemap and our all blog submitted in “Indexed, not submitted in sitemap”

– After this, our all blogs started deindexing, we are lost our ranking and traffic as well,

– We have resubmitted our sitemap to Google Search console but Google didn’t read or crawl post sitemap

– All the websites facing the same issues

Can you please let us know what’s the issue on Rankmath Plugin, If possible can we discuss it on Call?

Unfortunately, our support scope does not extend to phone calls.

Indexed, Not Submitted in Sitemap is not an issue, it only means that Google has already indexed the posts but not through the sitemap.

It is possible that Google is crawling your website and indexing the posts through the internal links on your website and not through the sitemap, and as a result, the crawl budget for your website is exhausted and Google is not able to discover the URLs through your sitemap.

For the loss in rankings, please check the Coverage report in the Search Console and see if there is any error reported there.
