  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

It is possible that Google has not crawled your sitemap recently thus your indexing and sitemap issues. You can try and remove your sitemap, wait a couple of hours and resubmit it on Google Search Console.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi

As already tried this method long ago, it doesn’t work..

As you can see it is already submitted and crawled.

Do you need GCS access to check the issue?

    thanks.

    Hi,

Sometimes, Google shows incorrect number of pages indexed in the Google SERPs. If you click to the very last past, that is where you will see the correct count of how many pages are indexed.

As long as the page is indexed and it is appearing in the sitemap – there is nothing to be worried about.

Sorry but it doesn’t seem like you answered my questions regarding the GSC.

Q1 and Q2: If I go to site:domain.com and go from page 1 to the end of page. There are some pages that are not shown. but if i go to site:domain.com/twitch-live-stream-viewers-2/. It will show as indexed (can you please refer to the sensitive data)?

Q3: Why are some urls are showing indexed, not submitted in sitemap when it is clearly in the sitemap? (refer to sensitive data).

    Hi,

    1. and 2. I am afraid we have no control over it. Rank Math adds proper tags to your posts and we cannot control what Google shows in their SERPs. If your post is indexed, that is where Rank Math’s control finishes. What Google does with your post is completely upto them.

    3. If you check the last crawl data, it says 25 Feb. That means Google has not crawled your sitemap since 25th Feb so they have not seen what was added to the sitemap after that date.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

How do you check the crawl data when google last crawled?

    Hi Hay,

    Thanks for the follow up.

One of the ways you can check this is by clicking the dropdown arrow under the SERP result and click on the cached button as shown below:

I hope this info helps. Thank you.
