You can delete the content inside the redirections_cache table. Make sure that you don’t remove the table directly but the content inside it. It might make your current redirections run a little bit slower for the first time they are loaded after deleting the cached content but won’t cause any issues on your site.

I only got about 50 redirections. Why is there so much data stored in the cache table ? Could it be a fault that its not auto deleted?

The redirections should be removed from the cache table once you remove them from the redirections module. Can you please confirm if you still have the redirections in the Trash of the redirections module?

This doesn’t seem like a problem with cron jobs. The redirections should be removed from the cache table as soon as you delete them permanently or update them.
If you want us to check this further then please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & cPanel/phpMyAdmin logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
