I have checked your site and I can see that you are using Rank Math’s FAQ block to add the FAQs on your page.
The FAQ block automatically adds the FAQ Schema and you don’t have to add the Schema using the Schema generator.
Please remove the FAQ Schema from the Schema tab of the meta box and the issue will be resolved after that.

Instant Indexing API is working fine on your website:
IndexNow is returning a 429 status. The status code 429 indicates that you are trying to send too many requests and you should slow down a little bit and retry later.

Please note that Instant Indexing helps your website’s pages and content to be crawled instantly. Using Instant Indexing does not always result in the indexation of the content. It may take anywhere from minutes to days or even weeks before a URL is indexed.
Crawling and indexing of the website depends on the authority and crawl budget of the website.

Is their anyway to for instance indexing of my page. It’s new website. suppose if my i publish Today New on our website. It index after one day then that information will be expire or become old for next day.
I hope you will understand what i am trying to say. I have check few news website when they publish post on their website their content index in few mints and then they can easy get high traffic or searches from search engine.

If you test the live URL with the Rich Snippet tool, it is validated without any issues.

You need to wait for Google to recrawl the URL to update the Coverage report.
You can submit the URLs for validation in the Search Console.
The 429 error is for IndexNow that is used to submit URLs to Bing and Yandex.
Please go to Rank Math > Instant Indexing > IndexNow API settings > API Key > Change key
Then, wait for some time and try submitting URLs.

I have to change the API Key form Rank Math then after 2 days I try to submit the URL but it still says “To Many Request” [Error]. Why is it? I have not sent any request from 3 days.
What is the problem with this plugin? I am getting errors, errors, and more errors. One new issue My sitemap getting errors from Google Report this is “Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.”

I can check that there are many automatic submissions that have been made in the IndexNow and that’s why you are getting the 429 error. You can check that in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Instant Indexing > IndexNow History.
Since you have selected the posts for auto submission in the IndexNow API settings, the posts will be submitted after every revision/update you make to them. If you create many revisions or updates to the posts then it is recommended to deselect the posts in the IndexNow API settings and submit them manually after publishing.
And your sitemap is working fine now. I have added the filter given below in your theme’s functions.php file to make sure that it doesn’t get cached again:

* @param boolean $unsigned Enable cache or not, defaults to true
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
Please resubmit the sitemap_index.xml in your GSC account and the issue should be resolved after Google crawls it again.
