    Hello,
we had a company Hanfmart, which it is since last deregistered. But it still ran a RankMath Professional subscribers.
It was debited 59€. We have now canceled the subscriber. Can we get the money back? We can not use it because the online store is closed.
Also, we don’t have access to your account with l****************@h********** anymore.

If they don’t refund us the money, then we need the license for another website. Please in these Account activate. l****************@g********

Thank you very much and greetings.
    Len

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for the renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

You can cancel the automatic subscriptions by following this guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/cancel-subscription/

We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that?

We can also merge the accounts including the subscription under the Gmail address that you have access to and is associated with this account.

Please let us know, we are here to assist.

No we have not received, because the company no longer exists. And therefore there is no longer an email address.
I have paid and now would like to have the Pro version for another domain.
    Do you understand now?

    Hello,

If you would like to have the PRO subscription to a different email address let us know which one you prefer and we’ll do the needful.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
