I am assuming you wish to make some of the post types noindex.
You can do that from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > *your_cpt*
After you do that, please check the page source of the page you know should be noindexed and look for <meta robots= tag using the search field.
If it is set as noindex, you must allow Google some time to re-crawl your website and see the noindex tag before they can remove your pages from the SERPs completely.
