    Hi,

    My sites are currently part of a Business Plan sponsored by my developer. I wanted to have Content AI added for the pages in my sites (I think I may need about 150 credits for $49 to cover my pages.).

    Currently he states he does not have enough credits to cover my pages because he has given them to other clients. Is there a way that I can purchase Content AI credits just for my sites? Or will I have to change to a Personal Pro Plan to be able to get my own credits?

    If I have to change to a Personal Pro Plan, can you tell me how to do it moving from a Business Plan?

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    If you want to buy credits from your account then you will have to connect your Rank Math account to your site and will have to disconnect from the Business account. By doing so, you will only have the access to the Free features but will be able to use the credits that you have purchased.

    If you want to keep using the PRO features after disconnecting the Business account then you will have to buy a PRO subscription.

    Hello,

    Switching Rank Math accounts on your website shouldn’t cause you to lose the settings.

    You can head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect the account and reconnect it with the desired Rank Math account.
