    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please clear the SEO Analysis cache by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis
    analysis

Once done, clear your website cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.

    Hope that helps.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Thanks for you quick reply.
I tried what you mentioned. Further, I disabled WP Cache plugin and deleted site cache, then refresh wordpress pages several times. It doesn’t work. Nothing improved even I tried to logged out and logged in again.

    Hello,

Can you please disable the Firewall temporarily and see if the SEO Analysis works?

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I was able to replicate the issue and it seems clearing the SEO Analysis data doesn’t help with the issue.

Since you mentioned you are still confused about whitelisting the user agent, I suggest checking this one with your hosting provider as the user agent needed to be whitelisted as well so our API can run smoothly.

If the issue persists, please do let us know and we will check this out with our development team.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks.
User agent has been set as * by default. I’ve checked.
I’ve met the same problem trying to run another SEO plugin within WordPress, with 403 error returned as well.
After that, I realized where the problem is now. It’s nothing to do with Rank Math. It has some relation with GA and some special policies.

Thanks again. And I gave up.

    Hello,

We are glad that you have already sorted out this issue.

If you have any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime to assist you further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
