Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

If you strongly believe that Rank Math is causing this what we recommend is that you start disabling each module one by one and keeping a close eye on the CPU usage.
When you find the module that is causing this you can share that information with us so we can continue debugging the issue.
At the moment we don’t have access to the CPU usage so we can’t simply disable modules and check the situation.

I have taken a closer look, at my old rank math data, if it is in the plugin then the CPU uses Unusle, I noticed another problem, when a new URL is created in the website it will automatically give the site map. This is not happening, if the cache is cleared, it is not happening.

I tried opening some Rank Math settings and your front pages as well but the CPU doesn’t seem to exceed 30%. Please check my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
Are there any certain pages within your site that cause abnormal CPU spikes? If there are steps to replicate the issue, please let us know so we can further investigate this.
As for your sitemap, please add this filter in your active theme’s functions.php file:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
After applying the filter, flush the sitemap cache by following this video guide. This should properly update your sitemap when you publish new content.
