enforce trailling slash

    Hi Rank Math Team…how do I enforce trailling slash in permalink urls…but exclude files containing periods.

    Yesterday I found a way of setting it through htaccess but the problem was when I was about to post an article where the meta description and keyword rank math fields couldn’t be saved.

    I’m currently using the trailling slash enforce method that I got from the wp rocket help content which has to manually exclude movies with periods and of course there are many similar files that I need to exclude from enforce trailling slash.

    Today I have contacted the server, they have researched it. and there is no setting error.

    I did install this setting in the htaccess and will install it there to force a trailing url slash. and attempts to throw an exception on files containing a dot(.).
    #Add a trailing slash
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !\.[^./]+$
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !(.*)/$
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.idehits.net/$1/ [R=301,L]

    i have read the help page at https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/rank-math-data-not-saving/
    and the team’s answer is always complicated…there is no definite

    Hello,

    Can you please try adding the rewrite rule given below:

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*[^/])$ /$1/ [L,R] # <- for test, for prod use [L,R=301]

    Please make sure to take a backup of your site before adding the rule.

    Halo Tim Rank Math, dari cara yang anda berikan seelah saya terapkan di htaccess adalah dimana file yang mengandung (.)titik jadi ikut ditambahkan garis miring dibelakangnya. seperti contoh http://www.domain.net/filename.php/

    maksud saya hanya ingin enforce trailling salah pada url permalink saja dan memberikan pengecualian pada file yang mengandung (.) titik dot.

    Custom .htaccess rules fall outside the scope of our support and you would need to get in touch with a systems administrator to create such rules if you can’t find them otherwise.

    We can give out some basic rules for creating some redirections but the ones you are asking about are highly customized and outside of our support scope.
