    I just purchase “PRO” with my e-mail: i***@j*************

    I have not received any e-mail of my purchase. I’ve tried resetting my password, but I do not receive an e-mail for that either.

    I did not receive any e-mail from either RankMath or Fastspring. I have provided you with the e-mail I used to purchase and the purchase key from the link.

    I’ve tried resetting my password and still no e-mail is received.

    We have triggered the password reset email and it should have arrived in the inbox. Please check the spam as well.

    Also, in case that still doesn’t work please let us know and use the direct login link in the sensitive data section to access the account with the PRO subscription.

    But I might have typed the wrong e-mail when purchasing. I might have typed i***@j************ or something like that. Is it possible to move my purchase from the wrong e-mail to this account?
