Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Role Manager > Shop Manager and tick the option for “Analytics” there?
Post this, the Analytics would appear fine in the Rank Math Overview.
Have a look at the below screenshot –

You can also check out this knowledge base article for further reference – https://rankmath.com/kb/role-manager/
Hope this helps.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello and thank you for your help but in my case it doesn’t work. Shop Manager role has Analytics permission granted. The role already had it before plugin update and saw analytics in dashboard.
But now he doesn’t. Please see screenshot.
Any other ideas or workaround?
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello, for now I prefer not to give access to anyone, this is a clients website.
I have rolled back to v1.0.80 from the states & tools settings and I can successfully see the analytics box in dashboard in the Shop Manager user role.
From v1.0.81 the analytics box in dashboard is not loading. So there must be something there as the only change I’ve made was rolling back the Rank Math plugin.
I have tested on v1.0.81, v1.0.81.1, v1.0.82, v1.0.82.1 and in none of those versions is working. Only works on v1.0.80.
Hello,
Thank you for that information.
I’ve replicated this issue and passed it to our development team for further investigation. We will get back to you shortly.
Meanwhile, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime to assist you further with anything else.
We would really appreciate your kind patience regarding this matter.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
This is likely caused by a REST API route being blocked that is used to get the information to display in the dashboard.
You can check the browser console and look for any routes that are returning a 403 status code which would indicate they are forbidden.
Hope this helps clarify your doubts.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Hello Miguel, only by changing the Rank Math version of the plugin you think this cause the REST API to be blocked? I don’t think so…
I have tested this isolating a fresh WordPress installation and play with the plugin version, as I told before it works on v1.0.80 but when changing to v1.0.81, v1.0.81.1, v1.0.82, v1.0.82.1 this is not working.
I think the issue is in some plugin update and is being blocked for some reason.
Hello,
The shop manager doesn’t have management capabilities to do things like changing the active modules and similar actions and the route used to get the dashboard requires those same capabilities.
So, this is indeed a permission issue as we mentioned before and that’s why you are getting the 403 error on that route.
But this can’t be whitelisted as the permissions from WordPress don’t grant the shop managers the can_manage_options permission necessary for this.
We are going to share this with the dev team and if they decide to change the permission of this route in the future we’ll let you know.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Great, I’ll wait for news. This issue is probably affecting many users. Thank you.
