Hello support,
First I want to congratulate you for this great plugin. It is great and I give 5 stars.
I have rich snippets enabled in Rang Math, but there is an error and Google shows the message “Invalid value availability”, even though it is enabled on my site.
Please look the print of the error message = https://prnt.sc/neyf3x
Can you help me fix this?
Thank you,

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I checked your website from the screenshot you shared and everything’s appearing to me as normal:
Here’s the link where Google is showing the structured data is correct:
If you are using any other tool to test the schema, please ignore that. There is nothing that beats using Google’s own tool and that is showing everything as normal.
If you are seeing this on a particular product page though, do share a link so we can check this further.
Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
For testing rich snippet data on your pages, it is recommended to make use of the structured data testing tool. I have shared some links below of the results of two of your pages which shows that there are no errors:
https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.pomadastktx.com.br
https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pomadastktx.com.br%2Fpomada-tktx-branca%2FI hope this info helps. Thank you.

Hey Celso,
Are you managing stock via WooCommerce and have you entered a value in this field?
Assuming that is already done, please hit this button in your GSC and see if that helps get rid of the problem:
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello Todd, thank you for your help.
Yes, I had done this a long time ago, but it is not working.
Look at the image = https://prnt.sc/nj4afr
I’m researching a lot, but no I’m not finding the solution. I’m sad but I’ll keep trying.
Thanks,
Celso
Hi there.
Thanks for the follow up.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Michael,
The data was sent. I am very happy for your help.
If you need any more information, just let me know.
Thank you!
Hi there,
Thanks for the access.
Rank Math is correctly pulling the product availability value from your products and displaying this data on the product rich snippet as you can see below:
I have however noted that you are adding a shortcode on your product descriptions that is not correctly executing on the front end InStock [em estoque] which may be throwing the error on GSC.
This warning should not be any cause for worry or panic.I hope this info helps. Thanks.
Hello Michael,
Once again I want to thank you for your support. This is very important to me, thank you!
But unfortunately I still have the same problem.
That code you mentioned I just put to try to correct the error, but it did not help, so I already removed it.
Look pictures:
Do you think Google is pointing this wrong wrong?
To be honest I’m worried about that.
Regards!
Celso
