there are several pages that, according to the Google Search Console have been discovered, but not currently indexed. There are about 40 of pages in this status, and many of them are very similar in their URL. I am attaching three such URL’s that are representative. https://mintcottagecreations.com/?post_type=tcb_symbol&p=398 and https://mintcottagecreations.com/?post_type=tcb_symbol&p=631 and https://mintcottagecreations.com/?post_type=tcb_symbol&p=523 . The list goes on and on. Interestingly enough, when I paste these URLs into an incognito tab, they seem to redirect to my homepage. Is this typical? Should I be changing a setting somewhere within my software? Do I need to be concerned about this? I’m wondering if this was a by-product of how I used Thrive Themes to initially set up my website.

I’ve checked your site, and those links are included in your sitemap, which is only redirecting to your homepage. Since they are discovered and only redirecting, they can affect your website’s crawl budget.
The tcb_symbol sitemap seems coming from the tcb_symbol post types. Please disable the Include in Sitemap option from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Thrive Symbols like this image:
Once done, follow the steps in this link to flush your sitemap cache:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
